The breakfast was savoury and the service was terrific. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. They made my stay great. Simple location with amazing restaurant nearby. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Santiago.

The breakfast was tasty, the personnel was fabulous, the bed was comfortable. Normal double and bright room with coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. The rate was $ 90.

It was a perfect place for our VERY NICE stay. Outstanding staff and location, we liked our stay in the hotel. Very comfy beds, central heating, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a hairdryer were a nice touch.

The pool was lovely and the staff was lovely! Regular double, simply decorated rooms and huge bathrooms. Its location was unbeatable close to the city centre. The bottled drinks in sky bar were very welcome.

Helpful staff, fairly large room and peaceful location. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. You could walk to shops and supermarket. Incredible service throughout too.
